โครงการเกลือทะเลครบวงจร ปีงบประมาณ 2565
กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตรดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาเกลือทะเลครบวงจร ปีงบประมาณ 2565 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการเกลือทะเลไทย ส่งเสริมความรู้ ทักษะ เตรียมความพร้อมในด้านกระบวนการผลิตตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) สำหรับการทำนาเกลือ จัดทำข้อมูลการพื้นที่การผลิตที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเกลือทะเล รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายการผลิต การตลาด และการบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์ โดยดำเนินการจำนวน 5 กิจกรรม ดังนี้
- กิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเกลือทะเล
- ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเกลือทะเลเพื่อวิเคราะห์การผลิต การตลาดและการบริหารจัดการ และความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) สำหรับการทำนาเกลือทะเล และมาตรฐานสินค้าเกลือทะเลธรรมชาติ ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเกลือทะเล ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ ปัจจัยการผลิต ต้นทุนการผลิต การตลาดและสิ่งแวดล้อม แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ปัญหา อุปสรรค ในแต่ละพื้นที่ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา และวางแผน พัฒนาการผลิต การตลาดเกลือทะเล ยั่งยืน จำนวน 1 ครั้ง เกษตรกรเข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 200 ราย
2. ส่งเสริมการผลิตเกลือทะเลตามมาตรฐาน GAP
- กิจกรรมถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและฝึกปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติการทางเกษตรที่ดี GAP สำหรับการทำนาเกลือทะเล เกษตรกรเข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 200 ราย
- ตรวจประเมินความพร้อมเข้าสู่มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) สำหรับนาเกลือทะเล จำนวน 200 แปลง
3. พัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรเกลือทะเลและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันเกลือทะเล โดยถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการรวมกลุ่ม การสร้างเครือข่ายการผลิตการตลาดและการบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ให้เกษตรกร จำนวน 200 ราย
4. ประชุมเพิ่มศักยภาพหมู่บ้านเกลือทะเลเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว โดยสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดเพชรบุรีจัดประชุมหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อคัดเลือกแปลงเกษตรกร และพัฒนาให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ที่เชื่อมโยงภูมิปัญญาและขั้นตอนการทำนาเกลือเพชรสมุทรคีรี ผลพลอยได้จากนาเกลือ โดยบูรณาการร่วมกับโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกลือทะเลเพชรสมุทรคีรี ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว และเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดในการจำหน่ายผลผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปจากเกลือทะเล
5. ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับเกลือทะเล zoning ระดับเขต โดยสำนักงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ 2 3 และ 5 ได้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมการสำรวจพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเกลือทะเล zoning เพื่อประเมินสถานการณ์จริง วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การทำนาเกลือปัจจุบัน ประเด็นปัญหาตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำ และปลายน้ำ การกำหนดแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานที่เหมาะสม พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเกลือทะเล กลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อน จัดทำแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนแผนการจัดการพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสม
