คณะกรรมการพัฒนาเกลือทะเลไทยลงพื้นที่สำรวจข้อมูลการผลิตเกลือ เพื่อณรงค์การใช้เกลือทะเลไทยเป็นวัตถุดิบในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
เมื่อวันที่ 12 -14 ธันวาคม 2564 นางสาวนันทมาส ทองปลี นักวิชาการเกษตรชำนาญการ รักษาราชการแทนหัวหน้าสำนักงานเลขานุการคณะกรรมการพัฒนาเกลือทะเลไทย กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานฯ ลงพื้นที่สำรวจข้อมูลการผลิตเกลือของผู้ประกอบการแปรรูปเกลือทะเลไทยในพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบุรี สมุทรสงคราม และสมุทรสาคร จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 12 ราย โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากสำนักงานอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดทั้ง 3 จังหวัด ในการประสานงานกิจกรรมดังกล่าว
ในการนี้ได้สำรวจข้อมูลการรับซื้อเกลือจากเกษตรกรนาเกลือ ปริมาณการผลิต รายละเอียดกิจกรรมการผลิต และการควบคุมมาตรฐานการผลิต เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวางแผนรณรงค์การใช้เกลือทะเลไทยเป็นวัตถุดิบการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเกลือทะเลระยะเร่งด่วน ตามมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาเกลือทะเลไทย ครั้งที่ 5/2564 ภายใต้นโยบายตลาดนำการผลิต ของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ต่อไป
